Innovative Building Technology Of The
Future
The Tri-Sulate Building System is a new
innovative green/environmental
building methodology and consists out of a three EPS layer fire resistant hollow
building blocks. The Tri-Sulate Block can be stacked and
inter-locked to erect the required wall size or dwelling with improved
structural integrity, thermal insulation and durability. The completed
structure is covered with a specialized plaster layer with a thickness of
15-20 mm for further insulation and durability.
The block
which is filled with concrete and is reinforced with dual Y8 mm steel at
vertical intervals for flex wall stability and as well as dual Y8mm for
reinforced compression strength. Tri-Sulate Construction The
Tri-Sulate Blocks are stacked on top of each other to achieve the required
wall height and is filled with the specified concrete grade strength.
Builders will insert steel rods as per approved plan.
